If you’re looking for a signature cocktail for New Year’s or a post-Christmas gathering, this pomegranate gimlet won’t disappoint. Of course, you can serve the cocktail any time of year, but the color, including the green and red garnish, is perfect for the season.
Ingredients 1 ½ oz gin 1 oz pomegranate juice 1 oz lime juice ½ oz simple syrup Pomegranate seeds Lime slice
Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a coupe or martini glass and garnish with a lime slice and pomegranate seeds.
